The New Zealand
Qualifications Authority (NZQA) has updated the Student Fee Protection (SFP)
Rules to ensure that students are treated equally and fairly in all events.
PTES cannot retain students' fees on the grounds of nonparticipation by a
student, and they are liable to get a full refund less the statutory amount
PTES is entitled to retain. For more information contact NZ immigration.
