◼️Minister decides someone has cause to terminate temporary visa – 28 days after receiving deportation liability notice to file a humanitarian appeal

◼️Appeal against denial of a residence visa – 42 days after receiving notification of the decision; notification is presumed to have occurred seven days after posting of the notification

◼️Appeal against denial of a residence visa if the applicant's address is outside of New Zealand – 42 days after notice of decision; notification is presumed to have occurred 14 days after posting of notification
